Our Mission

      “In Light of the Word” is a television and web based ministry produced weekly by the church of Christ in New Iberia, Louisiana. We have a call upon our hearts to bring discipleship materials to everyone who needs them at home and abroad. We are dedicated to teaching people all over the world how to study the Bible in a simple, clear, and concise way! This is accomplished through our Television program and web based resources.

 In conjunction with presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ this program maintains the following humanitarian ministries: The Raven Project, the Jacob’s Well Project, and the SonLife Project.  Each of these ministries will help to change the lives of the lost and people in need throughout the world. Each program is an opportunity to work in harmony with missionaries and evangelists working in the field.  Food, clean water, medical care and the love of Jesus are necessities of life for everyone.
